Hosted at the Shed, New York in 2022- Oliphant Studio with 4x8 set shop worked to produce pathways, pillars, and walls for Thom Browne’s Spring runway show.
Over a hundred pieces of MDF were transformed to imitate organically aged and weathered stone. This was achieved using layers of acrylic paint and tinted plaster products that were poured with watering cans and buckets, manipulated using sponge rollers, hard rollers and trowels, before being given a final light wash with watered down paint.
